The Hideout Grill rolled out new menus last year, including a full breakfast menu and a list of signature cocktails. Some old favorites are back, like the pulled pork nachos, chicken fried steak and grilled mahi. But some new items have been added that are quickly becoming favorites, including fish and shrimp tacos, build-your-own burgers and fried catfish. And in keeping with its reputation as having the best steaks in town, The Grill has raised the bar by only using 1855 Black Angus beef for all of its cuts.
