Construction of infrastructure in King’s Point Cove continues this year, with final road paving and additional electric service in Unit 2 and water and sewer line installation in Unit 3. Engineering work for the installation of water and sewer lines in Crown Point and Feather Bay Phase II will also continue in 2017.

After four years of engineering, permitting and waiting, the wastewater treatment plant was delivered on March 3rd. About that same time, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality issued its final permit allowing us to treat and discharge waste from the plant. With the installation and operation of this state-of-the-art sewer plant, we have fulfilled almost 30 years of broken promises by our predecessors. Over the next couple of years, we expect all lots in all phases of King’s Point Cove to be tied into the plant, as well as all lots in Crown Point and Feather Bay Phase II.
